I loved the breakfast buffet, it offered so many tasty options. the staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The gym's air conditioning was not working. This made workouts very uncomfortable. the pool was also crowded. It was difficult to find any available sunbathing beds.

sun-kissed location club access resort view
the location felt kissed by the sun. i appreciated the access to the club lounge, it felt exclusive. the classic room resort view was a lovely haven after eventful days.

generally okay stay
delicious breakfast beautiful beach pool condition ant problem
the breakfast had many options that suited my tastes. the front desk team was wonderful, especially wasim and ahmed (they were very helpful). the beach access was also quite beautiful.
The hotel did not fully meet a five-star standard. the number of staff available to answer calls at reception seemed insufficient. the pool looked quite bad. I saw ants consistently on the pool bar.

varied equipment pleasant stroll
The gym had various equipment. It featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I appreciated the convenient access to the Corniche walkway. The location was also close to malls.
The hotel beach was not very attractive. The view included vacant dirty high rises and an empty dirt lot.

The Classic Room City View had comfortable furnishings and good amenities. It was clean. The room was also well designed.

The hotel provided two pools, with a beach located close by. The pool team constantly monitored the beds and towel areas. The gym featured proper equipment.

Every meal was taken in a modern dining room. A team of courteous, polite, attentive, and personable staff served it. The menu offered food for a wide range of palates.

The staff maintained high levels of customer service. The staff constantly monitored and serviced the areas around the pools. Staff were helpful and professional. Everyone delivered customer service to the highest standard.

customer service room upgrade small beach check-in experience
the hotel upgraded our room to resort view! sajid from reception provided excellent customer service and GREAT flexibility. we really enjoyed our stay and will come back soon.
The beach is very small. THAT was disappointing. the check-in experience was not pleasant and our arrival was NOT smooth.

friendly staff breakfast buffet outdated room crowded pool
i found the staff very friendly especially at the reception they were always helpful. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection with many options and stations available.
the pool area was quite crowded making it difficult to find available seating.
